All returns, DOA products, warranty exchanges, damage claims, etc are handled via email only. Please contact customerservice@imrbatteries.com for assistance.



Due to the consumable nature of batteries, we do not accept returns for batteries. All sales of batteries are final.

If you received a battery which is DOA (completely dead, 0 voltage, will not accept a charge whatsoever), please contact us within 7 days of delivery for issuance of an RMA. Cells which are DOA may be returned for a replacement, but they must be new/unused without signs of use or markings. All the original packaging, materials, etc must be included with the return as this is considered part of the product. Batch numbers will be checked to ensure the product is ours and used or damaged cells claimed to be DOA will be rejected without notice and recycled. Once the item is received and tested to be DOA, a replacement will be shipped at the expense of IMR Batteries. After this 7 day window has passed, our DOA guarantee shall expire.

For all other products we offer, you may return any new/unused/unopened item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, less a 10% restocking fee. Please note used goods are not eligible for return for any reason and will not be refunded if returned.

A credit will be issued once we receive the return. You should expect to receive a refund for a return within 7 to 10 business days of our receipt of your return.

You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the applicable Return Policy period. IMR Batteries will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days. IMR Batteries must receive the returned products within this time frame. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. The customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product. Please note the issuance of an RMA number does not guarantee a refund, warranty exchange, replacement, or otherwise if the claim is found to not be within the coverage of our policies.

The customer is responsible for payments related to the logistics of returns and DOA products. We recommend using a service with tracking and/or insurance as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Outbound shipping fees are nonrefundable.



No guarantee of suitability or fitness for a particular purpose is given and IMR Batteries does not provide a warranty for any item sold. All products sold by IMR Batteries are NEW merchandise unless specifically noted to the contrary in the item description.

We will facilitate warranty exchanges on your behalf for products which have a stated Manufacturer's Warranty within 30 days of delivery. Any claim for warranty, if offered by the manufacturer, outside of this window shall be pursued with the manufacturer. Products without a stated Manufacturer's Warranty are not eligible for warranty replacement.

The customer is responsible to ship the eligible item and once received we will ship a replacement at our expense. This warranty does not cover any damages due to accidents, misuse or negligence. This warranty is limited to the value of goods sold and does not cover any associated damages. IMR Batteries makes no further warranties unless specified in writing between the parties on this document.

Please note only replacements are offered under this warranty policy and a refund will not be provided if a defective product is returned.

IMR Batteries reserves the right to refuse an RMA, return, credit, or refund if return fraud is suspected.
