All sales are FINAL. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any product regardless of whether it has been used or not. Please choose carefully. If you have any questions about the products we sell, please contact us before purchase.

Damage

If you received an item which was damaged in transit, please email us immediately upon delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and external shipping box/container.  Our customer service will make arrangements on a individual case basis.

Defective Cells (DOA/Dead on Arrival)

If you received a battery which is DOA (completely dead, 0 voltage, will not accept a charge whatsoever), please contact us within 7 days of delivery for issuance of an RMA. A cell which is DOA may be exchanged for a new replacement of the same brand/model under the following conditions:

    • Batch/Serial numbers must match those which originated from our facilities
    • Cell(s) must be new/unused, in the original condition as shipped/received, without any signs of use
    • All original packaging must be included

Once the item is received, inspected, and tested to be DOA, a new replacement of the same brand/model will be provided. Return shipping costs of DOA claims are at the expense of the customer; however, the shipping costs of the replacement(s) are at the expense of IMR Batteries. Once the 7 day window has passed our DOA policy shall expire and an RMA will not be offered. Our DOA policy does not apply to used batteries.

Please note cells which are marked as clearance will not be eligible for refund or replacement under the DOA policy.

Warranty

The products on this site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, IMR Batteries disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. IMR Batteries does not make any warranties or representations regarding the use of materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Furthermore, IMR Batteries does not provide a product warranty for any item it sells; any product warranty applicable is only provided by the manufacturer of the product. All products sold by IMR Batteries are NEW merchandise unless specifically noted to the contrary in the item description.

Due to the universal nature of lithium-ion batteries and related products, IMR Batteries does not provide any guarantee of compatibility, suitability, or fitness for any particular purpose (e.g. a particular electronic device or particular electronic application). The purchaser or user is solely responsible for determining whether a particular battery/product is suitable/compatible for use in a particular electronic device, for a particular electronic application, or for their own particular use. Lithium ion batteries sold by IMR Batteries are for the intended use of protected battery packs.

IMR Batteries will facilitate product exchanges within 30 days of delivery on behalf of customers for products (e.g. battery chargers) which have a stated Manufacturer's Warranty. Any claim for warranty exchange, if offered by the manufacturer, outside of this time frame shall be pursued with the manufacturer. Products without a stated Manufacturer's Warranty are not eligible for warranty replacement from IMR Batteries. Offer of warranty exchange is NULL and VOID if the product is disassembled, modified, repaired, abused, misused, physically damaged, or otherwise not in the original state when sold except for having reasonable wear and tear.

The customer is responsible to ship the eligible item and once received IMR Batteries will ship a replacement at its expense in exchange. All the original packaging, materials, etc must be included as these items are considered part of the product. Please note manufacturer warranties typically do not cover any damages due to accidents, misuse or negligence and these instances will not be covered under IMR Batteries' warranty exchange policy. Product warranties are limited to the value of goods sold and do not cover any associated damages. IMR Batteries makes no further warranties unless specified in writing between the parties on this document.

Please note only direct replacements are offered under this warranty policy and a refund will not be provided for the returned product. If a direct replacement is discontinued or otherwise not available at the time of return, store credit of the item's purchase price will be given instead.

RMA (Return Authorization)

You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the applicable period for claims regarding DOA, defective, damaged, or warrantied products. RMA will not be issued for general returns as all sales are final. IMR Batteries will not accept returns under such claims without prior authorization and a valid RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days. IMR Batteries must receive the products within this time frame. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. The customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product. Products returned without an RMA issued will not be exchanged or refunded.

Please note the issuance of an RMA number itself does not guarantee a product exchange, replacement, or otherwise if the claim is found to not be within the coverage of our policies.

The customer is responsible for costs related to the logistics of returning products. We recommend using a service with tracking and/or insurance as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refused/Return to Sender/Undeliverable Orders

If an order is refused, marked return to sender, or deemed undeliverable by the carrier due to an incorrect address entered or any other reason, the customer will receive a refund for the purchase price of the product(s) less a 20% restocking fee and any applicable return shipping fees assessed to the parcel by the carrier. The original outbound shipping cost is nonrefundable. The applicable refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after the package has been received at our facility. However, if the return shipping fees assessed by the carrier exceed the original purchase subtotal, a refund will not be offered.
