All sales are FINAL. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any product regardless of whether it has been used or not. Any credit, if applicable per the policies below, will be issued as store credit only.
We are unable to modify (edit/add/change) orders.
Order cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee; and, are accepted as a courtesy but cannot be guaranteed.
Normally, most orders are processed the same or next business day. While we are fast in processing, regrettably we cannot guarantee a particular processing time for your order. The quoted shipping cost is based on dimensional weight. A signature may be required upon delivery at our discretion.
On average, you can expect your order to be delivered within 4 to 7 days from the date of shipment (not necessarily the date of your order); however, this may vary due to your location in relation to our warehouse and the shipping method chosen.
Please understand carrier delays are not within our control and we cannot make any guarantees for a particular date of delivery. Any such guarantees for overnight, 2nd day, and other services are from the logistics company only and subject to their respective policies. Please note Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days and delivery will not be made on the weekend from UPS or FedEx even for 2nd day or overnight services - for example an overnight order shipped on Friday would be delivered Monday, not Saturday. USPS does not offer guaranteed delivery dates for any services they offer.
Our cutoff time for same-day processing of express orders with UPS and FedEx is 12pm CST. Please note USPS Priority mail is not considered express service and such orders are not expedited through order queue.
info Please note FedEx and UPS do not deliver to PO Boxes. If UPS/FedEx is chosen for the method of delivery with a PO Box as the address, the shipping method will be changed to USPS without prior notice. IMR Batteries may, at its discretion, change the selected shipping method for any order without prior notice.

Please understand transit and customs delays are not within our control. The quoted shipping cost is for delivery to the destination address only.
The receiver (importer) of the package assumes any and all obligations to pay applicable duties, fees, taxes, etc assessed to the order by the shipping carrier and/or governmental authority. It is your responsibility to know and understand your country's laws and regulations regarding imports. IMR Batteries will not be responsible for shipments withheld or seized by Customs in the destination country. IMR Batteries will not modify the prices paid for goods purchased on a commercial invoice for any reason.
If you are located outside of USA/Canada and would like to place an order for lithium-ion batteries, we suggest using a freight forwarder in the US who can arrange for international shipping and customs clearance on your behalf. Direct air shipping to international destinations may be available in the near future. If an order is delivered to a freight forwarder, please note IMR Batteries will only be responsible for the delivery to the address shown on the order. IMR Batteries will not be responsible for any damage, missing product, export declaration, or other issue outside of its direct control.
If an order is marked as refused, return to sender, undeliverable (such as: incorrect address, incomplete address (missing suite or apartment number), or returned for any reason not in the control of IMR Batteries, the customer will receive store credit for the purchase price of the products less a 20% restocking fee as well as any applicable return shipping fees assessed to the parcel by the shipping carrier. Applicable orders shipped with "free shipping" will have the actual outbound cost deducted. The original outbound shipping cost is nonrefundable.
info The store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after the package has been received at our facility. However, in the rare event the return shipping cost assessed by the carrier exceeds the original purchase subtotal, credit will not be provided.
Online tracking delivery confirmation from the carrier is considered proof of delivery. If tracking shows delivery confirmation and you did not receive the package, we will initiate a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Once the carrier confirms mis-delivery and cannot recover the package or provide delivery, we will either provide a replacement of the order or store credit. The customer accepts that the carrier's approval or disapproval of a claim is binding and final. We will not provide store credit or replacement for instances of claim denials.
IMR Batteries is not responsible for package theft once delivery is complete. It is the responsibility of the receiver to have a secure location for package delivery. If you believe your package was stolen we suggest filing a police report. If the shipment was with USPS, we also suggest filing a mail theft report with the US Postal Inspection Service as stealing US Mail is a federal offense.
If you believe your order has been lost by the shipping carrier, please contact us and we will work with the carrier directly on your behalf for a resolution.
info Customers MUST NOT be involved in the claims process with the carrier - this often leads to a mishandled claim, a claim not being paid in full, and/or a claim being denied outright. IMR Batteries will not be responsible for any claim denial if the customer files a claim directly with the shipping carrier. If a shipment is determined lost by the shipping carrier, IMR Batteries will provide store credit for the approved claim amount.
- Domestic USPS (48 US states) shipments are considered lost after 30 days from the last tracking scan/entry. USPS shipments to US territories or international destinations are considered lost after 60 days from the last tracking scan/entry.
- An international shipment is not considered lost if Customs in the destination country has withheld or confiscated the shipment.
- FedEx or UPS orders are considered lost once the respective carrier has confirmed the loss and approved a claim in writing after a trace/investigation has been performed.
The products on this website are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, IMR Batteries disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. IMR Batteries does not make any warranties or representations regarding the use of materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Furthermore, IMR Batteries does not provide a product warranty for any item it sells; any product warranty applicable is only provided by the manufacturer of the product. IMR Batteries facilitates All products sold by IMR Batteries are new merchandise unless specifically noted to the contrary in the item description.
Due to the universal nature of lithium-ion batteries and related products, IMR Batteries does not provide any guarantee of compatibility, suitability, or fitness for any particular purpose (e.g. a particular electronic device or particular electronic application). The purchaser or user is solely responsible for determining whether a particular battery/product is suitable/compatible for use in a particular electronic device, for a particular electronic application, or for their own particular use. Lithium ion cells/batteries sold by IMR Batteries are for the intended use of protected battery packs.
If you received an item which was damaged in transit, please email us immediately upon delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and external shipping box/container. Our customer service will make arrangements on an individual case basis.

battery_unknown If you received a cell/battery which is DOA (completely dead, 0 voltage, will not accept a charge whatsoever), please contact us via email within 7 days of delivery for issuance of an RMA. A cell which is DOA may be exchanged for a new replacement of the same brand/model under the following conditions:
- Batch/Serial numbers must match those which originated from our facilities
- Cell(s) must be new/unused, in the original condition as shipped/received, without any signs of use
- All original packaging must be included
Once the item is received, inspected, and tested to be DOA, a new replacement of the same brand/model will be provided. Return shipping costs of DOA claims are at the expense of the customer; however, the shipping costs of the replacement(s) are at the expense of IMR Batteries.
info Note: Time is of the essence: a defective/DOA claim must be submitted via email within 7 days of delivery. After this timeframe, the DOA policy shall expire and an RMA will not be offered. Cell or battery voltage should be checked with a multi-meter before use. This DOA policy strictly does not apply to used cells or used batteries. Lithium ion cells and batteries are consumable products and degrade with usage, charging and discharging cycles, storage conditions, time, etc. Cells or batteries which are claimed as defective or DOA and are returned in a condition other than new/unused will not be exchanged or credited and may be returned to sender. Offer of replacement is under the sole discretion of IMR Batteries and may be rescinded at any time for any reason.
info Note: After the defective/DOA period has expired, defective product or manufacturer warranty claims must be pursued directly with the manufacturer of the cell or battery. IMR Batteries does not support or facilitate such warranties or claims.
info Note: Cells or batteries which are marked as clearance are not be eligible for replacement or credit under this policy; however, a manufacturer warranty may apply.
offline_bolt IMR Batteries offers a limited product exchange within 30 days of delivery for all battery chargers claimed as “defective”, “nonfunctioning”, “malfunctioning”, or otherwise not operating within the manufacturer’s intended purpose. Select brands are eligible for an extended period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Outside these time frames, the customer must pursue any claim for exchange directly from the manufacturer.
- For claims occurring within 30 days of delivery: the customer is responsible for costs of return shipping and IMR Batteries is responsible for costs of shipping the exchanged product.
- All original packaging, power cords, materials, serial number, etc. must be included as these items are part of the product.
- Offer of product exchange is NULL and VOID if the battery charger is disassembled, modified, repaired by an unauthorized party, abused, misused, damaged, or otherwise not in the original state when sold except for having reasonable wear and tear.
IMR Batteries offers an extension of this policy to 1 year from the date of purchase for select brands: NITECORE | XTAR | EFEST
- For claims of the above brands occurring within 1 year of purchase: the customer is responsible for costs of return shipping as well as costs of shipping the exchanged product.
- Customers will be invoiced $9.99 for the cost of shipping and handling of the exchange.
- 1 year exchange period is valid for USA only.
info Note: Battery charger claims are limited to the actual price paid and do not cover any associated damages or claims. Only a direct replacement of the same brand and model product will be provided. If the product has been discontinued or otherwise not available at the time of return, store credit of the item's original purchase price will be issued in lieu. Offer of replacement is under the sole discretion of IMR Batteries and offer may be denied for any reason or no reason. Exchanges for chargers purchased from IMR Batteries on marketplace websites such as Amazon, eBay, etc are supported for 30 days only and outside this time frame the customer must pursue any claim for exchange directly with the manufacturer.
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the applicable period for claims regarding DOA, defective, or damaged products.
An RMA will not be issued for general returns as all sales are final. IMR Batteries will not accept returns under such claims without prior authorization and a valid RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days. IMR Batteries must receive the products within this time frame. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. The customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product. Products returned without an RMA issued will not be exchanged or credited.
info Please note the issuance of an RMA number itself does not guarantee a product exchange, replacement, or otherwise if the claim is found to not be within the coverage of our policies.
The customer is responsible for costs related to the logistics of returning products. We recommend using a service with tracking and/or insurance as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
