Most orders are processed the same or next business day. While we are fast in processing, unfortunately we cannot guarantee a certain time for processing of your order.
We may not be able to cancel an order once we receive it. If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us immediately and we will try to accommodate your request.
We offer logistics through FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Please visit their respective websites to view their shipping policies.
As a high volume shipper, we have established relationships and offer our negotiated wholesale rates to you! The quoted shipping cost is based on dimensional weight and a signature may be required upon delivery at our discretion.
For domestic ground & first class shipping, you can expect your order to be delivered within 7 days from the date of shipment (not necessarily the date of your order). Typical transit time is 2-5 business days, however this may vary due to your location in relation to our warehouse.
Please understand carrier delays are not within our control and we make no guarantees for the date of delivery. Any such guarantees for overnight, 2nd day, and other services are from the logistics company only. Please note Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days and delivery will not be made on the weekend from UPS or FedEx. USPS does not currently offer guaranteed delivery dates for any services they offer.
Our cutoff time for same-day processing of express orders with UPS & FedEx overnight/2-day delivery is 12pm CST. Please note USPS Priority mail is not considered express service and such orders are not expedited through our warehouse.
Online tracking delivery confirmation from the logistics company is considered our proof of delivery. If tracking shows delivery confirmation and you did not receive the package, we will initiate an investigation with the logistics company. Rest assured if the logistics company confirms mis-delivery and cannot recover the package, we will replace the order at our expense.
Please understand we are not responsible for package theft once delivery is complete. It is the responsibility of the receiver to have a secure location for package delivery. If you would like to request a signature for your order upon delivery, please write a note for us in the comments section when placing your order and we are happy to oblige.
Please note FedEx and UPS do not deliver to PO Boxes. If UPS/FedEx is chosen for the method of delivery with a PO Box as the address, we will ship the order via USPS without prior notification.
We currently offer FedEx ground shipping to Canada only. Please note carrier and customs delays are not within our control. The quoted shipping cost is for delivery to the destination address only - the receiver of the package assumes all obligations to pay any applicable duties, fees, or taxes assessed to the order.
If you are outside of US/Canada and would like to place an order, we suggest using a freight forwarder in the US who can arrange for international forwarding and customs clearance on your behalf.
If an order is refused, marked return to sender, or deemed un-deliverable by the carrier due to an incorrect address or otherwise, the customer will receive a refund for the purchase price of the products less a 10% restocking fee as well as any applicable return shipping fees assessed to the parcel by the logistics company. The refund will be processed once the package has been received at our facility. The original outbound shipping cost is nonrefundable.
